We keep the communication for the period necessary to handle the request, for at most 12 months from the last communication. We may keep it longer only where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with a legal obligation.

We keep technical logs only for the period necessary to secure the website and to resolve technical problems or security incidents. They are then deleted or anonymised, unless further retention is required by law or by the handling of a security incident.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. According to their purpose we divide cookies into necessary, analytical and cookies related to external content.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies ensure the basic functioning and security of the website. They may serve, for example, to:
- remember the visitor's age confirmation,
- save the choice made in the cookie bar,
- secure the contact form,
- protect the website against abuse.
We use these cookies without consent only to the extent that they are necessary for the functioning of the website or for providing a function you have requested.
Google Analytics
To measure traffic and improve the website we use the Google Analytics 4 service provided by Google.
Once you give your consent, the service may process in particular:
- online identifiers and cookie identifiers,
- data about the pages visited,
- the date, time and length of the visit,
- how you reached the website,
- approximate geographic area,
- type of device, operating system and browser,
- interactions with individual parts of the website.
The purpose of the processing is to obtain aggregate statistics about the use of the website, to detect technical problems and to improve its content and functionality.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent. Google Analytics is activated only after you consent to analytical cookies.
The service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
User-level and event-level data are retained for the period set in the Google Analytics service.
Retention period set in Google Analytics: 14 months
You can find the exact list of cookies, their purpose and validity period in the cookie settings on this website.
Google Maps
On the Contact page we may display an interactive map through the Google Maps service.
The map loads only after you consent to external content or to the relevant cookie category. Once it has loaded, your browser connects to Google's servers.
When you use the map, the following may be processed in particular:
- IP address and technical data of the internet connection,
- type of device and browser,
- the date and time the map was loaded,
- data about use of and interaction with the map,

If you do not give your consent, the interactive map will not load. You will still have the shop address and other contact details available.
Apple Maps and Waze
The website may contain links through which you can open the shop's location in the Apple Maps or Waze services.
As these are merely ordinary external links, the content of these services is not loaded when you simply browse our website. The relevant provider processes data only after you click the link and open its website or app.
After you open Apple Maps or Waze, their providers act as independent controllers and process data under their own privacy rules.
We have no control over the scope of the data processed by these services after you open them.

- allow or disallow individual categories separately.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link, which is permanently available in the footer of the website.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Rejecting analytical cookies will not limit basic use of the website. If you reject external content, the interactive Google map may not be displayed; the address and contact details of the shop will, however, remain available.

We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to other parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area
