Vaginal balls and pelvic floor aids
The individual models differ in size, weight and the way they are used. Start with a lighter toy and the right technique.
The pelvic floor muscles support the organs in the pelvic area and also take part in controlling the bladder. Vaginal balls or cones can serve as an aid for consciously exercising these muscles.
For beginners a larger and lighter model is usually more suitable, as it is easier to insert and hold. More advanced sets allow you to gradually change the size or weight.
The toy should not cause pain, marked pressure or uncomfortable tension. The pelvic floor may not only be weak, so in case of pain, urine leakage, a feeling of pressure or after a medical procedure we recommend consulting a gynaecologist or physiotherapist first.
In the shop we'll show you the differences between the individual models, explain how to clean them and help you choose a simple toy appropriate to your experience.
